Responsibilities
- Collection of data from marketing campaigns
- Carry out market analysis and research
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Plan, schedule, and manage the efficient delivery of orders
- Assist with order processing and tracking
- Track and document service provider’s performance
- Perform other duties as may be assigned
Competencies and Qualifications
- University Degree in Engineering, Natural and Social Sciences or it’s equivalent
- Ability to consolidate data from multiple sources
- 1-2 years experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent nterpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
