    Reqirements



    • Energetic, well exposed, dresses well, has lots of confidence  very conversant with the entertainment industry and the very latest music, 


    Salary: 70-80k


    Note: The entertainment industry can be very rigorous so candidates should expect hectic work schedules

    Requirements



    1. A first degree in Secretarial studies or a very related course

    2. Experience in the role might also be an added advantage


    Responsibilities:



    • answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

    • maintaining diaries and arranging appointments

    • typing, preparing and collating reports

    • filing

    • organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

    • managing databases

    • prioritising workloads

    • implementing new procedures and administrative systems

    • liaising with relevant organisations and clients

    • coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

    • logging or processing bills or expenses

    • acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
