Neem Foundation is a non-governmental organisation working in Northeast Nigeria. We were founded as a direct response to the challenges occasioned by the violent insurgency which has affected many people and communities in Borno, Adamawa and Yobe (BAY) States. Neem Foundation is currently planning to commence the implementation of a programme that supports the inclusion of youths in peace building processes in Borno State, and do hereby invite proposal from competent companies to construct three (3) Basketball Courts to support the delivery of a social cohesion and peace building programme for youths:

Mentorship Space: 20m by 20m
Fence: At least 6 m from the Court

Neem Foundation chooses to follow a competitive proposal process for the selection of a Consultant to implement this contract. We believe that competitive proposals are the only way to fairly select the best company for the job while ensuring good process and preventing collaboration and corruption.
