We are a total property management solution for all aspects of commercial, retail and residential properties. We are directly focused on increasing the value of our client’s investment while providing “peace of mind” in the day to day management of the asset.

We are looking for a smart, agile and confident Chief Security Officer to manage security operations at our Client’s property.

The ideal candidate will 

• Oversee daily security operations for the estate


• Plan, direct and coordinate security activities and operatives in the estate-


• Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement.


• Ensure effective security processes by researching and implementing various security measures, such as the use technology to enhance security within the estate


• Develop and implement preventive measures against accidents, thefts and other security risks


• Implement and monitor strategic initiatives as directed by the Estate Manager


• Identify, investigate, resolve and report security breaches, accidents, complaints, criminal activities in the estate


• Ensure strict compliance of applicable policies by all residents, homeowners and visitors as approved by the estate’s executives in the documented security policy


• Conduct periodic performance management and evaluations to ensure strict compliance to the security company’s SOW and estate’s security policy.


• Conduct regular patrols of the estate to identify security lapses for punitive measures where applicable


• Manage/ monitor security staff attendance for every shift and ensuring all beats are covered


• Notify the Facility Manager of all security manpower shortfalls and challenges


• Ensure the submission of the estate’s daily security reports to the Facility Managers


• Handle certain administrative tasks, such as preparing and presenting reports and informing the Facility Office of developments via and real time communication as they occur


• Communicate security status, updates and actual or potential challenges to the Facility Manager and the Security Committee


• Analyze, coordinate and lead recovery/mitigating activities in response to security-related emergency situations in and around the estate – and act as the estate’s liaison with other relevant security agencies and authorities.

• Excellent relationship with security agencies


• Ability to oversee and work with other security agency
