Job Title: House Parent

Location: Ibadan, Oyo



Employment Type: Full-time

Candidate Requirements

• A disciplinarian and mature applicant;



• A minimum of first degree in the related field supported with a post-graduate diploma in education;



• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a House Parent in a good school;



• Computer literacy and evidence of use of ICT to support literacy;



• Strong moral, values and discipline

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to inspire and enthuse the students;



• Friendly and firm;



• An understanding of the needs and feelings of the children;



• Energy, resourcefulness, responsibility, patience and caring nature;



• Must be passionate about the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust;



• Excellent communication skills.
