General Accountabilities
- Actively act as coach and trainer to site mechanical personnel.
- Carry out reviews to identify competency gaps of front-line personnel, across maintenance and operations.
- Training team members on equipment operational and maintenance requirements.
- Working directly with Asset Maintenance and Operations team in providing support in the day to day activities.
Operations:
- Deepen front-line personnel understanding of operation of turbines and compressors.
- Participation in Daily Operations meeting (when on site).
- Provide options & recommendations and troubleshoot alarms and upsets
- Support in raising notifications in CMMS (e.g. SAP).
- Promote the continuous improvement of operations monitoring.
- Defining and monitoring KPI’s.
Requirement
- Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years experience in rotating equipment in operations and maintenance environment.
