Key Responsibilities

• The Project & Community Manager integrates all major operating functions of the business.


• Coordinate team members by ensuring adherence to the Standard Operating System and get regular status report on projects


• Develop, create & schedule engagement content through post, prompts & questions, with the aim of creating a significant impact on readers while encouraging the development of brand awareness and online reputation.


• Build email list, develop editorial calendar and set, plan & implement monthly & weekly content


• Organize programmes & coaching sessions.


• Organise photo shoots, video shoots, events & maintain calendar


• Resolve issues effectively and ensure the team is functional and cohesive


• The Project & Community Manager tests everything, serving as the final check before something goes live.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree from a top university (a foreign degree will be an added advantage)

Competencies:

• Is a female


• Is resourceful, a critical thinker and problem solver.


• Has excellent writing skill, great attention to details and brand quality.


• Can handle stress and tight deadlines.


• Is technologically savvy.


• Good communication skills


• 1-2 years experience in social media marketing and Project Management
