    Operation Manager

    Core Responsibilities



    • Shall be responsible for the repair, maintenance, efficient and effective allocation of Trucks and ensuring that the Drivers achieve their targets.

    • Shall ensure optimal fleet availability to ensure that the highest possible number of vehicles in our fleet are in use at all times

    • Shall maintain the best relationship with the breweries to ensure that trucks always secure the highest trip allocation

    • Shall ensure that the company’s workshop for the maintenance of the trucks deployed for the breweries is managed in the best manner to ensure the best maintenance of the fleet

    • Cost efficiency and Expense Management:

    • Ensure that all trucks are road worthy, fully Utilized and turnaround time (TAT) is maintained at all times


    Candidate Profile



    • A B.Sc/HND in Business Administration or in transport related course from a recognized Tertiary Institution

    • Must have at least 12 years post qualification experience in the Logistics Industry with 10 Years in Executive management position

    • Must be a member of a recognized professional Body.

    • Must have worked in the capacity of Operation Manager /Head of operations in any third-party haulage company attach to breweries in Nigeria.

    Manager, Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services

    Core Responsibilities



    • Responsible for Managing staff and assets to ensure that quality service is delivered to clients to meet industry standards.

    • Organize the dry cleaning and laundry business to runs efficiently and maximize profit

    • Implement the business quality assurance standards

    • Implement quality inspection system

    • Plan and inspect job done to ensure finished service quality

    • Document internal audit and other quality assurance activities

    • Investigate customer complaints and operations non-conformance issues

    • Recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions

    • Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements


    Candidate Profile



    • B.Sc/HND minimum

    • Minimum of 5 years management Experience in dry cleaning Business

    • Computer skills (Microsoft Office)

    • Ensure that all trucks are road worthy, fully Utilized and turnaround time (TAT) is maintained at all times

    • Ensure that the division is well restructured and repositioned to make the company more attractive for capital injection by prospective local and foreign investors

    • Liaise with the Clients for Profitable business, routes and reduced downtime

    • Ensure that world class training packages are developed and delivered to build human capacity within the subsidiary, especially for the drivers, mechanics and key roles in our operations

    • Enforce excellent service delivery in the Company according to world class standard and build customer loyalty.


    Candidate Profile



    • A B.Sc/HND in Business Administration or in a Transport related course from a recognized Tertiary Institution

    • Must have at least 15 years post qualification experience in the Logistics Industry with 12 Years in Executive management position

    • Must be a member of a recognized professional Body.

    • Must have worked in the capacity of General Manager /Head of operations in any third-party haulage company attach to breweries in Nigeria.
