Requirements
- A good first degree from a recognised institution.
- 2 to 3 years post-NYSC experience in consumer sales through distributors.
- Knowledge of consultative selling approach
- Excellent customer management skills
- Strong ability to follow-op and follow through
- Strong knowledge of selling principles using FMCG approach
- Technical knowledge will be an added advantage.
General Expectations:
- Must have a can-do attitude
- Must be apt in proactive problem solving
- Must be interested in continuous learning
- Must always take responsibility and be accountable for individual and group goals Must be able to work smart for outstanding results
